My experience is from Dec. 2022 with Dr. Tamayo. Everyone in the office is kind and warm as well as professional; I find this to be extremely important as this is not always the case and you may have a great doctor but the office staff is terrible and that doesn’t bode well with many patients. Dr. Tamayo is very patient and will answer all questions. The office is very clean which is important to me. The only suggestion is as follows. When my beloved mom saw Dr. Layne (retired now), he called her that evening to ask how she was feeling and gave her his phone number in case she had any issues. Dr. P. also does the same thing, patients are able to text directly with this oral surgeon. I would recommend (may not be the office policy) this, as this stood out to us and made a difference and was very comforting even though we didn’t have to call or text the doctor. I would recommend this office and Dr. Tamayo.
