Dr Brown and the entire staff were extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Two of my children had their wisdom teeth removed by him, and they checked on them daily, were available for any questions and both kids did great! I would use this office for any oral surgery needs in the future, without hesitation.

The estimated amount at first for my wisdom tooth extractions did not include what my insurance would cover originally, so I was unsure what the full amount would be out of my own pocket until the day of my surgery. However, they were able to provide me with that information hours earlier before my scheduled surgery at 9am, so I did not have to cover the full amount without insurance and then have been reimbursed for the amount insurance wouldn’t cover. The staff is very kind, and the office makes you feel as comfortable as you can prior to the procedure by not only being kind and reaffirming if you’re anxious, but they even ask what music they can play for you to make you feel more comfortable for the procedure. They also will call post procedure to ensure you are feeling okay and to cover any questions or further concerns you may be having from the procedure. Obviously there is inevitable pain involved post any wisdom teeth removal surgery, but the staff and doctor Tamayo are great at explaining the recovery steps, what to expect, details on how to get the best and quickest recovery, and supply you with all possibly needed medications in the event that you may need more pain relief via stronger medications. My only reason for a 4/5 was not being sure officially how much my procedure would cost from my consultation (which I had the day before my procedure), so I would recommend booking a consultation appointment with them earlier in the day to have that information provided earlier than the day of your surgery. But all in all, Dr. Tamayo was fully confident in his ability to perform the procedure especially in my one tooth that had the tooth root entangled with my nerve, and the staff were all wonderful.

Dr. Tamayo is amazing. little to non pain the day after the wisdom tooth was removed. The contacted me within the next business day to check on me. the assistants were amazing, It was really the first best experience I had in a dentist in my life.
