My dentist, Richard A. Tamayo, is a top notch oral surgeon and he miraculously performed two procedures on me. Both were painless. It is obvious that he cares deeply about his patients and the quality of his work. But I have something to add about the office. One day while I was in the waiting room, a lady came in. While you cannot always tell, she seemed poor or even conceivably homeless. When she asked the staff to make the television louder, they happily responded to her request. They brought her a bottle of water and a snack. They treated her like royalty. When I witnessed this, I knew I was in the right office.
