I had three wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Brown, and I was blown away not only by his aptitude and professionalism, but also his kindness. Since there are too many points I wish to recount, I will put them in a list. Staff: extremely organized, polite, friendly, and welcoming. Facility: pristine, hi tech, nicely decorated, and secure (I say this because I have been to places where your personal information is laying around for everyone to see, and if the office is sloppy, I assume the whole operation is.) Dr. Brown: punctual, honest, kind, and highly skilled. That being said, I feel that he deserves more than a few adjectives, so I would like to share some finer details. I was first impressed by the fact that he didn't push me at all to do an expensive surgery. He presented me with the risks and benefits and seemed to remain completely impartial. I was very nervous as I had never had any type of surgery before, and the morning of, he was very kind, calming, and inspired confidence. Despite my teeth being slightly tricky due to their position, he managed to get them all out with so little damage to the area, that I had no swelling, and practically no pain. I didn't even need the prescribed pain medication. The icing on the cake was the fact that he called on a sunday evening to see how I was doing. Things like this are not unexpected, but they do make people feel very good. It happens too often that at medical appointments people are treated like cattle. We are made to wait, and then given no time to ask questions, and it feels as though the Doctor is too busy and could not be bothered with anything besides the procedure. Dr. Brown was patient and spent a lot of time with me before I decided to do the surgery, and the fact that he took the time to call and check up after, is unusual and wonderful. I am going to stop myself here, because I could ramble on for quite a while about how wonderful Dr. Brown, and his entire staff are. I sincerely hope that he will still be in practice when my children need their wisdom teeth extracted, but either way, I could not be more pleased and impressed.

Dr. Brown and his team were so patient, professional and just AMAZING. Everyone made me feel comfortable prior to, during and after the surgery. He removed two of my wisdom teeth and one was a little bit more difficult to remove and I was not in excruciating pain. I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO SEE DR. BROWN .
