I had 4 impacted wisdom teeth and was referred to Dr. Brown by my general dentist. Everything went extremely well. They are quick to fit you in and get an appointment and are very flexible with time. It was my first time having any kind of surgery and it cannot have gone any better! I never had any pain, not even after the anesthesia wore off. I had very minimal swelling and no issues at all. Everybody is extremely nice and willing to help in any way they can. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at this office, the doctor the staff were very nice and knowledgeable, specially Mercy was really nice. The office is very clean and organized. They called me several times to know if I have any questions and to know how I was doing, even the doctor himself called me the day after the surgery. I highly recommend it.

Here's my overall experience from the beginning till now. 2 weeks ago, I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth removal because it was starting to cause me pain. I noticed they weren't open on weekends but I decided to call either way to at least leave a voice message about my situation. I didn't expect anyone to answer, so you can imagine my surprise when Dr. Brown answered the phone. He was at a bank at the time but he was willing to speak to me and listen to me about my situation. I spoke to him and wondered if it was possible to make an appointment to remove it on Monday (it was Sunday when I called). He told me he normally didn't do initial consultations and surgeries on the same day but he was willing to do it for me since my tooth was bothering me. And even though he already had surgeries scheduled for Monday, he was able to fit me in Monday morning to remove the tooth. So I was beyond relieved to know that I wasn't going to have to wait about a week to remove the tooth as I expected when I would have to schedule an appointment. On surgery day, I was beyond nervous (I am a very nervous person with anxiety and I really do not like dentist visits) Dr. Brown was able to tell I was nervous and even tried to let my sister in the room (even though they'd rather have one person in the room) to help me relax a bit. The nurses were very nice too and also tried to help me relax when I started to panic a bit. The price was much higher than I expected though, and it sucked that they didn't offer a payment plan of any kind (even though I am a part-time student with no insurance) so I had to pay the whole thing out of pocket. It did cost a little extra though because of the fact that I had to be sedated (because I would panic otherwise). The surgery itself went wonderfully, it was out and done before I noticed and I was wheeled out of there. I had hardly any pain during the healing process, just a bit of soreness trying to open my jaw and no major swelling, so I didn't even have to take pain killers. Dr. Brown also called 2 days after the surgery to check up on me and to see how I was doing and if I had any questions for him. The aftercare instructions they give you is kind of vague though. Like for example, it says in the instructions "rinse with warm salt water" so I did it like you would normally. I didn't realize after about a week that it meant rinse the extraction site out with the syringe that they give you. I also wasn't sure about what I can or can't eat or little things like that, so I had to google a lot of things. They did say I can call anytime if I have any questions, but me being the person that I am and not wanting to call them for every little thing I had on my mind, I just stuck to google. Today, I just went back for a follow up and it was a very quick and easy visit. I had to do a CT scan for another wisdom tooth I have, and Dr. Brown knowing my financial situation, only charged me for the radiology and the CT scan itself was no charge to help save me some money so I was very grateful about that. Overall, despite the price, I had a wonderful experience and would most definitely go there again to remove my other wisdom teeth.
